i use to love this game pls get it back running

It’s literally the one game I’ve installed and never been able to play because it won’t load kinda thought it would be fun to play but it is unacceptable to have a non playable game

Getting stuck at 3%

The support team needs to do better job at responding to players' questions and concerns. Other than that, the game is still fun to play.

Servers do not respond. Apple, remove this app. Startup hangs.

I had played it for a few days then all of a sudden the app won’t open. It is stuck on 3% to load up. Is it under maintenance or what?

As a kid I would play it so much! I am happy that I finally found it again because one day I accidentally deleted it. I think if you like Clash Of Clans than you would love this game, To me it is so much better than Clash of Clans!

This as been my favorite game to play and over the past year I have really enjoyed this game and thank the people running the for even making the game even though it will still will be my favorite game even when it goes a way.

You know after clash of clans blew up a lot of games popped up similar to it. But Herosky is a game of its own. It has hero’s and evolution and Hells gate which give you so many more opportunities for fun then just attacking a village.

Won’t start up at all.

It’s been 2 days and every time I try to play the game it gets stuck while being loaded at 3 per cent, I have tried everything, I delete the game and reinstalled , but still the same , I need help ,please, thanks

#1is there is free bases that give you lots of loot #2is you get our troops back when they are still alive after war. #3is the win streak it gives you good stuff for you

Number one when you waste all your troops and they don't die you get them back.number 2 I love how there is so much heroes. Number 3 I love love the winning streak challenge and the rewards you get from it.number 4 I love the lava dragon.that's why I love hero sky.

Think clash of clans but cool new perks. Heroes when upgraded have auras which act like potions, troops that don't die in battle can be carried to the next and heroes from the very start you can use! If you like strategy siege this is a game to try!

Great fun game. Very addictive. Totally free game. Fun to build your base up. You can be good without spending. I recommend this game a lot. The download just takes a few minutes. !!

The devs are killing this game by ignoring the constant crashing issues. 2 updates later and it's still an issue. If you use gems and it crashes well too bad you lost money. Close clan war? Too bad half your attacks will be wasted to crashes.

Crashing in the middle of the battle. Still an issue.

I spend gems to retrain armies after a battle and then the game crashes when I'm in a battle. It constantly happens and the developers don't support the game for that. iOS 10.x just doesn't work with the game. Played with friends for a while and now it is just unplayable, deleting and telling you not to bother.

This game crashes waaaay too much. About every 3 or 4 battles gets crashed on....and during a war that can be critical. Please fix the crashing. (I'm using and ipad2)

This game is so good, I felt like it was worth my time to give it a good review. It is a "CoC clone" but adds so much more and fixes what people don't like about the original game. In my experience I've never had any trouble with the game and enjoy it thoroughly. I highly recommend giving this game a shot, it'll be worth it.

The game is fun and quite great. But I have recently noticed Hermes scouting and normal battle search have a limit in the players able to be scouted. Give or take 30. Then it loops, limiting the players we can search for overall. The game would be much better if you would not put a limit on players able to be scouted. It doesn't help much needing to hit 15 players from being limited, for resources, unless being forced to revive using gems(either for rev scrolls or direct) is the goal. It would really help being able to scout for many players and not be limited to a few, that being said. I give it 3 stars for its limited pop battle choices.

You spend your money on this game and they rip you off by giving and losing your funds (resources and gems) and then when you contact them nothing is done. If you pay or not you'll lose start losing everything with these glitches especially when you spend money!!!!!! An now they penalize you for not paying the game when your guild master when you can't have fun playing the game when your getting ripped off!!!

The game is amazing ( would prefer this any day over COC or samurai siege ) it has tackled what those other games have not ( it will release you from boredom and keeps you hooked ALWAYS( without constant use of real money to buy gems) ). I personally like the idea of leveling up Heros and being able to equip them ( then starting all over from lvl 1 (after evolution )with a new star grade hero) . Together with this the guild wars is amazing ( only a few (10)chosen ones can make bases to defend their guild bases and guild town hall .While every one else can participate in attacking those bases. Being in a guild also helps boost your troops. BUT ever since I got this game it's being crashing (when making a base it crashes), ( when just roaming around it CRASHES) , ( when attacking it will CRASH ) , ( I press start on HELL Gate it CRASHES( I have NEVER played hell hate and I'm level 32, meaning I miss out on some aspects ) . The moment you press the attack button to search the game will most probably crash .( This ruins the game to the point you feel that you want to give up on the game ) . Together with this it would be good for them to bring in more defenses and traps . Also more non gem decorations would be good . ( The cons are so close to the pros that's why I would give this game 3 stars instead of 5 ( if you don't mind those painful cons then this game is perfect for you )

I started playing this game when it came out and stopped playing because it was glitchy and the ai was silly. I try it again over half a year later after some updates and the game still has issues. I had a base 92% destroyed and over 400k resources coming my way before the game just closes randomly. Log in to find all the troops are gone but the attack didn't even register in the attack log. Full army and some time wasted meanwhile you have game like dynasty war that havnt been out as long working fluidly.

The game is a lot of fun and a great alternative to clash.

I can't log in. Why. Its a coc imitation with plenty of hero that is fine i guess graphics are good but not the villagers awkward but I guess ok but it is fun it really is. Making or developing heroes is fun but be aware always about that fact. This game has so much potential.. Its a wait and see situation.

I love this game but so many bugs I get kicked out after 5 minutes of playing on it it gets very frustrating.

So much better then clash of clans. In my opinion. I like the fact that I can revive my soliders and I can keep on fighting and the heroes are awesome to use. Using the ability is cool. Hands down better ten COC👌🏻👍🏻😎😎😎😎

Fix this game. Spent way too much $ on this game to have it crash. Loosing my $ each time I try and play.

I've been awarded several times with gold, nectar, and even gems and they don't show up! In the game please fix the game.

After I save up 40000 aether and I spend gems(which I paid real money for) to finish my upgrades I already have going, I try to use my aether to upgrade the witch and every time I do when I try to do anything else the game reloads now I can't use all the aether I saved up and it's susceptible to any attacks

I have two accounts, I play daily, and have spent money on both accounts so much so that I'm a VIP2 member. Since the update my my iPad account crashes during battles, during which time I loose resources, troops and rivival scroll gems spent during the process not to mention you've slipped ads into the game. I agree with the other post, vip members should not have to view ads or you should pay us gems to watch them. If you don't fix this crashing issue I will take my time and money back to clash of clans, fix it asap please.

I'm a VIP as well and the situation still hasn't been fixed and its beginning to be a real problem now it's gotten to the point that if I play it I play it and if I don't I won't be missing out on nothing.

Very bad update

New update is crashing like there's no tomorrow. Play 3 minutes, crash during battle, and loose all the troops. And of course you loose you resources spend. Use gem(real money) to keep the fever mode.. Guess what crashes during fever mode after I spent the gems. Good bye gem. Hells gate.... Finally timer is ready to enter battle. Guess what? Crashes. Good bye key.. Time to wait hours for another one. Find a real good loot. Yep! Crashes. New AD golden tree >Click = crash 100% oh did I mention the game play has gotten to a point where my troops are always laggy as hell? I have I phone 6+, whole lot of memory, with 50 Mbps Internet connection. So don't say I need an upgrade. Instead of making the game play smoother, you guys created all sorts of things where it is almost unplayable. I would give it a zero stars if I can. Don't waste your time on this game until they improve with their connection. Straight out horrible. Never had this much problem in a single game. Ever. Don't waste your time and $$$

I'm a daily player, i have been playing for a while now, and every so often I'll be attacking and it crashes and I lose my resources, troops and resources/gems I spend to speed up the process. I would like for you to fix this as soon as possible, or I won't play or spend any money on this game.

Glad you did some updating but you used it as an opportunity to hide the fact you were adding ads to the game. I am a high level VIP who has spent real money on this game to support you. This feels like a slap in the face. VIPs should never see ads in a game they've spent real money on. Let the FTP players see the ads. I definitely won't be clicking any ads or spending another dime here.

Paying Daily player, but won't open after update. Please advice on what to do, and hopefully guild finds out that I didn't flake.
